One small architectural firm explains their willingness to participate:<\/p>\n<p>To put it directly: we have never said that we are designing a wall. We are responding to the government\u2019s solicitation for a new model of border infrastructure which we hope will provide a corrective to the privileging of iconicity, spectacle, and security at the border.
