Fisher Center for the Performing Arts at Bard College &#8212; \u00a9 Brian Rose<\/p>\n<p>We traveled Upstate to visit colleges last weekend &#8212; my son is a high school senior &#8212; and he is looking at various options. We stopped briefly at Bard, a couple hours up the Hudson from New York City, and walked around Frank Gehry&#8217;s auditorium with its billowing metallic sheathing.
